Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting or the Finance industry.
- Previous exposure to Workday Implementation.
As a Workday Functional Specialist your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting the HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
• Identifying strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Providing support to project staff with mentoring, coaching and managing performance (depending upon project structure)
• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrating design options using prototyping.
• Configuring and testing the Workday system.
• Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Demonstrating strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Supporting innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.
