The Practice – A Brief Sketch
GN Automotive Practice has deep expertise in delivering Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, Platform Transformation, Spare Parts & Warranty Management, Service Process Excellence, Connected Vehicles, Dealer performance Management, Process Automation & Digitization, Software Enablement, Zero Based Spend & Spend analysis, Peer Benchmarking, Value Architecture, Process Improvement, IoT and Industry Analytics.
Let’s infuse fresh thinking in the systems and turn new ideas into reality. As a part of the team, you’ll help drive the following:
Harness extensive industry knowledge, people, and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.
Work collaboratively with customer stakeholders to provide in depth date analysis, reports & effectively communicate insights.
Responsible for creating all customer deliverables for the pursuit including response management and bid management.
Drive thought leadership initiatives; support client visit, partner/ analyst relationship, etc.
Understanding of Digital trends around customer, employee and immersive experiences.
Perform research and collect data on industry, market, companies, and competitors and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable
4-7 years of Industry Expertise in Automotive around functions such as Aftersales (Customer Service), Dealerships, Warranty, Spare Parts
Comprehensive experience in producing high quality Go-To-Market (GTM), Point of Views (POV) and client presentations in the Aftersales domain
Experience in design, optimization, and implementation of business process.
Mandatory: Advanced level of English
Effective presentation and public speaking skills Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired
Analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
Program Management: Involves effectively planning, managing, and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders’ groups and execute on-time and on budget.
Ability to effectively team with others in a large, global organization
Availability to travel may be required.
