入社後は、電気・ガス、石油・エネルギー、化学、素材の各業界チームに所属し、深い業界知見を武器に、社内外のメンバーとプロジェクトを組みながら、業界全体またはお客様の社会的価値・企業価値が向上するためのプラン策定や変革の実行をリードします。

・エネルギーポートフォリオマネージメント

・カスタマーオペレーション

・経営戦略（ビジョン/ポートフォリオ戦略・グローバル戦略・M&A/PMI・HR戦略等）の戦略から実行まで

・事業革新（ビジネスモデル改革・イノベーション・サステナビリティ等）の戦略から実行まで

・デジタルトランスフォーメーション（業務改革・競争力強化・ビジネスモデル改革等）の戦略から実行まで

・IT/DXインフラの近代化や効率的な維持運用の戦略から実行まで

・業界横断連携や業界破壊（業界再編・循環経済化等）に向けた産業革新の戦略から実行まで

Requisitos

・電力・ガス、石油・エネルギー、化学、素材（鉄鋼、非鉄金属、製紙パルプ、セメント等）業界に関心のある方

・産業構造変革に対する熱意

・他者を巻き込むコミュニケーション能力

・企画業務、業務改革、事業開発の経験
