Join us in creating innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and communication! You will have the opportunity to perform independently and become a subject matter expert while actively participating in discussions and contributing to solutions for work-related challenges. Your expertise in Microsoft Teams Room System Infrastructure will be invaluable as you engage with diverse projects. We are excited to see how your contributions will make a difference in our organization!

Design and implement Microsoft Teams Room System Infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams Room Systems.
Participate in discussions to share insights and solutions for improving infrastructure.
Support the integration of Cisco Systems with existing communication platforms.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams Room System Infrastructure.
  • MS Teams Telephony
  • Experience with Direct Routing.
  • Understanding of call flow and call transfer.
  • knowledge of SBC (Session Border Controller).
  • Experience with Cisco SBC or Sonus Ribbon SBS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
  • Experience with SFB (Skype for Business).
  • Cisco IPT
  • Understanding of call flow and call transfer.
  • Knowledge of legacy Cisco Voice systems.
  • Experience with Webex Calling.
  • Experience with Webex Contact Center (CC).
  • A minimum of 3 year of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
  • Advanced English: B2-C1-
