Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Bancoppel - AMS IMS. The client is Coppel S.A, a company that specializes in retail and financial services, providing a wide range of products and services to its customers.
Responsibilities: As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Java is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Management is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Estimation and Planning is suggested.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and problem-solving.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
Lead training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in service delivery.
