Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Technology & Information Architectures team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the project Opportunity Work/Resource Group Work. The client is a company that provides financial software and services to individuals and small businesses.
Responsibilities:
As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagement. This includes defining solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD Enterprise, Onboarding and Transitions is required. Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture is recommended. Master proficiency in ServiceNow and expert proficiency in Technology Architecture are suggested.
Lead the development of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology architecture.
Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Create comprehensive documentation to support architecture decisions and project implementations.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Advanced ServiceNow.
- Advanced Integration: ServiceNow Human Resources module, Service Portal, Virtual Agent.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- English Advance.
