We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Transformation Consultant to join our Mexico team. This role requires more than traditional operations expertise — we are looking for a professional with broad industry knowledge, strong process and continuous improvement capabilities, and proven leadership in building and guiding multifunctional teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring processes for large-scale organizations, driving cross-border collaboration, and delivering transformative initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive business transformation initiatives across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Design, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Manage projects end-to-end, leveraging best-in-class project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Build, mentor, and lead multifunctional teams, fostering collaboration across regions and departments.
- Partner with stakeholders in Brazil, Mexico, and global teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones and KPIs.
- Support the formation and growth of the Business Transformation Mexico team to prepare for upcoming strategic projects.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence within large organizations.
- Strong background in multiple industries (not limited to operations).
- Leadership excellence with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Advanced Project Management expertise
- Demonstrated success in structuring processes in complex, multinational environments.
- Language proficiency:
- Portuguese – to interact with LATAM leadership in Brazil.
- English – to work closely with the global team.
- Spanish – to lead local projects in Mexico.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- Experience in organizational change management and digital transformation initiatives.
