Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.
Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment.
Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Advanced proficiency in Container Platform Deployment Automation.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Technical Diploma in a relevant field of studies.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Advanced proficiency in Red Hat 3scale API Management
Advanced proficiency in Red Hat Fuse Administration
Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow LDAP Configuration
Advanced proficiency in Single Sign On (SSO) Operations
Intermediate proficiency in Kubernetes Cluster Management
