Requisitos

THE WORK:

Are you ready to build knowledge and support the team? Participate in problem-solving discussions and shape the future. Join us on this exciting journey!

  • Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.
  • Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.
  • Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment.
  • Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.


HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Beginner proficiency in Critical Thinking.
  • Beginner proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.
  • It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.

  • Beginner proficiency in Application Remediation
  • Beginner proficiency in Client Communication
  • Beginner proficiency in Group Problem Solving
