Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.
Facilitate restoration of service to production environment.
Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Intermediate proficiency in VMware.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Technical Diploma in relevant field of studies.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Intermediate IT Infrastructure Operations
Intermediate Microsoft Windows Server
Intermediate Microsoft Windows Server Administration
