As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the transition of our clients' systems and processes to cloud solutions. You will work closely with technical teams, project leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure the human aspects of the migration are managed effectively, minimizing resistance to change and maximizing the adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Impact Analysis: Identify how the cloud migration will impact clients' current processes, roles, and systems.
- Change Planning: Collaborate in the creation of change management strategies, including communication, training, and support plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Support the identification and management of key stakeholders, ensuring their commitment and alignment with project objectives.
- Training: Design and execute training sessions for end users and internal teams, ensuring they understand and adopt the new tools and processes.
- Communication: Create clear and effective communication materials to inform stakeholders about the benefits, progress, and next steps of the migration.
- Monitoring and Feedback: Implement mechanisms to measure adoption and collect user feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges related to resistance to change or adoption issues.
Requisitos
Required Skills:
Previous experience in change management projects, preferably related to technology or cloud migrations.
Advanced English.
Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with technical teams.
Basic knowledge of cloud solutions and their impact on business processes.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports on adoption and the impact of change.
