We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to analyze and design processes and systems within our organization. This role will involve assessing our business model and its integration with technology, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state or business solutions. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME), responsible for leading teams, making team decisions, and contributing to key organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the organization’s processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and integration with technology.
Assess the current state of business operations and identify customer requirements.
Define the future state of processes and provide business solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Lead the development of innovative strategies to enhance business processes and systems.
Act as an SME within your team, guiding and mentoring others to ensure quality deliverables.
Engage in agile requirement management and scrum practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
Contribute to mobile commerce initiatives, working to improve the overall customer experience.
Research, gather, and synthesize information from various sources to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
Take ownership of team decisions and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
Provide solutions to problems impacting both immediate teams and cross-functional teams.
Requisitos
Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Application Requirements Analysis.
Strong experience in Writing and Story Development.
Expertise in Agile Requirement Management, Digital Product Management, and Scrum practices.
Experience with Mobile Commerce and a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in business analysis, agile project management, or digital product management.
Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies that drive process improvements and innovation.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Agile or Scrum certifications preferred.
