We are seeking for a new talent to join the Consulting team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project SAP S/4 HANA.
Hybrid role in CDMX.
Responsibilities:
- As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the change vision and defining the change acceptance strategy for the PROJECT SAP S/4 HANA.
- Define the appropriate change initiatives including the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change.
- Measure progress toward the target state.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Master proficiency in Change Management is required and it is desirable to have PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner
- Knowledge and experience in in SAP implementation projects as a leading consultant.
- Expert level of proficiency in Journey Management is recommended. Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics skills are suggested with Expert, Master, and Expert proficiency levels respectively.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive successful project outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for project stakeholders.
- Create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans to ensure effective communication and buy in.
- Utilize change analytics to assess the impact of organizational changes and make data driven decisions.
