Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'DCN ISU'.
Responsibilities: As a IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services. Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation and restoration. Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in Service Desk is required. Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 is recommended. Desktop Management at Intermediate proficiency and Apple macOS Management at Beginner proficiency are suggested.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve IT-related issues
Maintain accurate records of all service desk interactions
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in IT service delivery
