Requisitos
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
- Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes align with technology solutions
- Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide strategic insights on business model strategies to drive organizational growth
Requirements:
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
- Business Process Analysis Tools proficiency level is recommended.
- Business Process Design, and Business Model Strategy proficiencies are suggested.
- Integration certification.
- 3 years of experience in AMS/Production Support
