Requisitos
Role Summary:
- Provide frontline support for end-users on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, including sales agents and order management agents
- Investigate, triage, and resolve user-reported issues related to Sales Cloud features, workflows, and data accuracy
- Assist with user inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide guidance on system navigation and functionality
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge/Experience in Comms Cloud would be a plus.
- Must have Salesforce Admin certification.
- Experience in typical business flow from Lead to Order (SFA + CPQ + OM).
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
