We are looking for a talented Microsoft Teams Voice Solutions Specialist to manage and enhance our voice communication infrastructure. This role focuses on implementing Direct Routing and PSTN Calling, configuring call routing and telephony features, and overseeing device management. Key responsibilities include

Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting guidance for voice quality issues, call routing problems, and telephony feature concerns.
- Manage voice users, Active Directory, Teams Phone, Operator Connect, and configure necessary licenses and policies.
- Configuring and managing Teams devices IP Phones.
- Troubleshooting voice quality issues in a Microsoft Teams environment.
- Work with Microsoft Teams voice security and compliance features such as call recording and data retention policies.
- Setup PowerShell scripting for Microsoft Teams administration, Certificate management, Managing roles License.
