Requisitos
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into differentiated and deliverable solutions using your knowledge of middleware solution architecture.
In this role, you are expected to be an engineer with deep knowledge and experience in solution architecture in traditional and modern middleware, APIs and Microservices, event and transaction management, access to data from multiple sources, etc. You will need to have influencing and advisory skills as you will be responsible for key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that modernize the current architecture. Expert competency in Solutions Architecture and advanced competency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Implementation Planning, Costing and Pricing, and other skills are required.
Activities:
- Analysis of requirements, purchasing decisions vs. software construction
- High-level, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identification of the toolkit for: Hardware provisioning, authentication, encryption, error management.
- High-level design principles
- Security, scalability, performance and monitoring constraints and considerations.
- Use guides, applicable consumption patterns, recommendations on when to use one or the other.
- Estimated schedule planning with key dependencies and risks
- Analysis of required resources: skills and estimated effort.
Role Requirements:
- 8+years’ experience as Solutions Engineer
- 8+ years’ experience as middleware solution architecture.
- Requirements Analysis, Solution Implementation Planning, Costing and Pricing, and other skills are required.
- Very good communication in APIs and Microservices
- Strong customer service focus
- English Advance
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
