Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Digital Analytics and Customer Insights Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data related to customer behavior across our digital platforms. This position will play a key role in providing actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve the customer experience, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection Analysis
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various digital channels e.g., website, social media, email campaigns, mobile apps.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms to track user behavior, engagement, and trends.
- Customer Insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifetime value.
- Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather qualitative insights and supplement quantitative data.
- Reporting Visualization
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, helping to guide strategy and decision making.
- Work with the digital marketing and product teams to identify areas of improvement in the customer experience.
- Assist in A B testing, user experience testing, and conversion rate optimization efforts.
- Partner with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align data insights with business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital analytics and customer experience trends, tools, and techniques.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Basic understanding of data visualization
