Facilitate buy versus build decisions for learning solutions, leveraging global assets where possible.
Lead the development of content for capability development programs.
Develop reporting and measurement process for assessing learning program value.
Develop communications strategies to build awareness of learning programs.
Work across teams to develop and implement certification programs.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree

Requisitos
Key Responsibilities
Perform Cornerstone Learning Management System LMS administrator functions as directed
Continually assess, analyze, and solve ALM capabilities versus stated or implied customer requirements
Collaborate with external contractors for the development and deployment of training materials and courses designed for delivery on the customer s LMS
Interface with external vendors supporting the customer s training solutions and infrastructure
Developed reports to identify employees who required specific training, and who had completed it.
Communicate with training personnel in other customer business lines for the deployment of training using the customer s LMS
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in related field and 3 years of experience or Associate degree in related field.
Cornerstone CSOD Core System Admin Certified.
