Requisitos
Responsibilities:
As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing metrics to measure transition and determining appropriate actions. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Change Management is required. Change Analytics, Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, and Stakeholder Management are recommended skills with advanced proficiency in Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, and expert proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
Develop innovative strategies to drive successful change initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition processes
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions
Create and deliver effective change management training programs
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change process
