THE WORK: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Your role will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities
Define project scope with key stakeholders
Effectively manage milestones and dependencies
Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments
Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
Mitigate risks as defined in project plan

Client Project We are seeking for a new talent to join the Program, Project Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the MX CITI RFP Gestion Portal Web project. CITIGROUP is a global financial institution that provides a wide range of banking and financial services to individuals, corporations, and governments around the world.
Responsibilities As a Program Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expertise in Business Operation Management is required. Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools is recommended, along with proficiency in Program Project Management, Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK , and Project Program Portfolio Governance.
