THE WORK: You will have the exciting opportunity to build knowledge and support the team. Additionally, you will participate in Problem Solving discussions, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Collaborate with global quality teams, QPI and delivery leadership teams to define learning requirements
Assess knowledge and quality methodologies and processes for the delivery organization
Educate and socialize processes throughout the organization
Audit processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
Manage all quality activities and provide expertise in specific areas of methodology, process, and tools
Requisitos
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Expert proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA)
Advanced proficiency in Proofreading
It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree
