Requisitos
Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM) is required. Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Program Project Management, Risk Management, and Scope Management are recommended.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program/project outcomes
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
