As an expert in Work Management, you will be responsible for making team decisions and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Monitor the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services
Work with project managers to determine project plans, timeframes, and estimates
Manage workload to ensure even distribution of responsibilities
Ensure tasks and deliverables are in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement
Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, accountability, and impact
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Expert proficiency in Work Management
Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree
