Requisitos
THE WORK: You will have the opportunity to work independently and become a subject matter expert in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Your active participation and contribution in team discussions will be highly valued as you help provide innovative solutions to work-related problems.
Identify, log, monitor, and escalate issues and outages
Ensure timely assignment and resolution of incidents to meet service level agreements
Identify and interpret trends and improvements
Deploy service management procedures and tools for completeness, consistency, and conformity to service management documentation standards
Operate IT production services according to management protocols and service level agreements
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Intermediate proficiency in Express.js
- Intermediate proficiency in AngularJS
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills
- Bachelor's Degree
