2. Analysis of L2 and L3 tickets
3. Final users E2E follow up
4. Taking part in System Integration Testing SIT

1. Fluent English.
2. Expert on Programming Logic.
3. Domain of an object oriented language like Java or C
4. Have knowledge about UX
