Requisitos

Responsabilidades:

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a project to achieve results within scope. Manage the scope of the project and monitor the execution of deliverables. Communicate with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and results. You are expected to have experience in managing application maintenance service with advanced knowledge and experience. Must have influencing and counseling skills. Responsible for team decisions. Interact with various teams and contribute to key decisions. It is expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple computers.

IT Service Management (ITSM) experience is required:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on project management best practices.
  • Analyze project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
  • Management of application maintenance services.
  • Experience in SLA management:
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, incident management, problem management, continuous improvement management, service request management, among others.
  • Relationship with stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Conflict resolution with interested parties.
  • Desirable experience in project management in Banks

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of +5 years of experience in relevant related skills:
  • Visual C Programming Language
  • Visual Basic for Applications programming language VPA
  • ASP.NET C
  • ASP.NET
