Requirements:
 
The Procurement Operations Analyst integrates the various purchasing functions that range from strategic short-term supply activities and auction services to long-term activities, purchase transaction processing and procurement authorization.
• Customer relationship management while working in a team environment.

• Process and transaction support
• Execute the cash purchase process for general expenses categories, from low to medium level.
• Manage specifications, using the standards specified by the client and the agreement templates, for the provision of specific goods or services online.
• Negotiation to obtain the best value for money, through the execution of standardized processes of cash purchase,
• Appropriate cash purchase and negotiation tools.
• Knowledge in the quotation process, including the selection of suppliers

Basic Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Minimum of 1 years of experience in a strategic sourcing, procurement, and or supply chain function Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement Strong analytical skills spend analysis, savings opportunity assessment Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong analytical and problem solving skills Eagerness to contribute in a team oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Professional Skills Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent communication skills written and verbal including formal presentation skills needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers customers on a regular basis Good organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills Adaptable communication ability to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated independent self starter who thrives on challenge and delivering exceptional results The ideal candidate must possess a desire to learn and deliver as a true team player
