Prasad Sankaran
Senior Managing Director – Application Services, Financial Services
Prasad Sankaran is Accenture’s Senior Managing Director for Application Services in the Financial Services industry. In this role he leads sales, solution development and delivery of Application Services for Accenture’s banking, insurance and capital markets clients globally.
Mr. Sankaran also leads the Financial Services practice within Accenture’s Global Delivery Network. Since joining Accenture in 1995, he has held multiple leadership roles spanning various countries, technologies and business functions. Most recently, he was Accenture’s Technology growth platform portfolio and delivery lead for Financial Services in the Asia Pacific region.
With a focus on financial services for most of his career, Mr. Sankaran has extensive experience in customer relationship management and supply chain management. He has extensive experience in leading large, complex technology projects for financial services organizations.
Mr. Sankaran holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and an MBA and master’s degree in MIS from Texas A&M University.
