Primary Responsibilities include:
- The content management analyst is responsible for working with various Pursuit Services team members and other stakeholders for collecting, harvesting, organizing, categorizing and publishing the content and information on to the CM portals, for access and use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
- Content Management Analyst needs to review French language documents and update it as needed.
- Review opportunity pipeline and perform proposal scrubbing and uploads.
- The content management analyst would need to work with other members of the team to learn and understand the requirements and then work with our key stakeholders to grow the content.
- They will also have to work on our key portals for regular curation of new content and maintain existing content to give our users the latest and most updated information to showcase our capabilities.
- They would be supporting standard French content queries received from PS and outside PS teams.
- The content management Sr. analyst needs to ensure every piece of content is hosted in compliance with Accenture data privacy terms and accurately identifying - flagging deviations to these terms for action in a timely manner.
- They will also handle the content alters / dashboards to various Pursuit Services stakeholders.
Skillset:
- Ability to work well in a team, Ability to handle disputes, Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in Content Scrubbing and Sanitization
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in language translations.
- Content management experience / exposure / willingness to learn
- Content Curation - Harvest, scrub, and curate proposal content to enable team to provide “best of” content to requestors
- Coordination - Work with teams involved in proposals to ensure that final deliverables are added to the repositories
- Functional Expertise
- Knowledge/ experience of Content management.
- Experience / usage of any CMS tool / repository.
- In-depth knowledge of technical terminology and concepts.
Sector Expertise
- Understanding of Accenture offerings
- Sales stages and pursuit deliverables
Language Expertise
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong command of both written and spoken French and English.
- Excellent translation and interpretation skills - Familiarity with language translation software and tools.
Must have:
Minimum Graduate in any stream
- 5+ years’ experience of Content management
- 3+ years of experience in French
- Experience / Exposure / knowledge of Content management including content collection, moderation, curation, maintenance, harvesting, tagging, classification, taxonomy of Content.
- Strong observation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint and MS Office
