Job Description
We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of engaging and interactive e-learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex learning concepts into visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. You will collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to create seamless and effective digital learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Manage client proposals from typesetting through to design.
- Work with clients, briefing and advising them regarding design style and format.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for e-learning modules.
- Develop responsive and accessible UI components for various digital learning platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve learning experiences.
- Ensure intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and interactive elements to enhance engagement.
- Design interactive elements, animations, and layouts that enhance learner engagement.
- Apply brand guidelines, color theory, typography, and visual consistency across e-learning materials.
- Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and content creators to bring designs to life.
- Ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Storyline).
- Test and refine designs based on learner feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, learning technologies, and design best practices.
- Explore new tools and techniques to enhance digital learning experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia or related fields.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience or interest in e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong visual design and typography skills.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
