As an HR Partner Lead, you’ll lead the HRP function and team for Accenture Technology, providing strategic direction and driving people and business priorities to achieve outstanding results.
What responsibilities will you have?
Team Management
Lead, oversee, and support the HR Partner Team to deliver exceptional, consistent employee experiences.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development within the team.
Provide coaching and guidance to your team to ensure alignment with business goals and people priorities.
Employee Focus
Serve as a trusted, single point of contact for Managers of each Technology practices, building strong relationships based on understanding and empathy.
Provide ongoing coaching and career guidance to help employees set realistic expectations and bridge cultural gaps.
Support employees throughout their project placements by advising on “best fit” roles aligned with their interests and aspirations.
Conduct high-touch, one-on-one career discussions to promote inclusive and personalized career experiences.
Take ownership of resolving issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance counselling.
Help employees navigate the organization and offer advice on broader performance and career goals.
Process & Business Support
Act as HR Coaches during performance cycles, supporting annual compensation reviews and variable pay administration.
Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility teams to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
Partner with business leaders to identify and recommend talent for development programs.
Identify and lead special projects addressing business needs such as engagement, attrition, and change management.
What Will Make You Successful?
8 to 10 years of experience as an HR Partner, including team management experience.
Agile and flexible to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the tech sector.
Strong customer focus with a human-centered approach and full ownership of your work.
Effective communication, coaching, and advising skills.
Collaborative and proactive mindset when working with related teams.
Ability to share outcomes and best practices at regional levels with Account Business Leads, Regional HR, and HRBPs.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
