Supplier Onboarding & Procurement Operations Analyst

Role Description:

Fieldglass SSC Analyst will provide support in services procurement process within Fieldglass platform to ensure compliance as per the Global Operating Model as well as supporting Fieldglass users with complex requests. The SSC Analyst will report to the SSC Team lead and will work as part of a team. Their main responsibilities are around triaging the requests, working with stakeholders on Scope of Work, creating SOW bid draft, transact SOW.

Responsibilities:

Fieldglass Services Procurement activities:

• Perform triage of requests:

  • Review decision form

  • Validate prerequisites in decision form

  • Decide on SOW bid / execution (according to defined criteria)

• Create SOW bid draft and monitor up to the closure of bid process

• Create & transact SOW

  • Create / update SOW draft

  • Create SOW / edit SOW

  • Revise SOW

  • Close SOW

Fieldglass SSC Helpdesk (Tier II):

• Resolve incoming mid and high complexity queries in Service Now

• Follow-up on issues and resolution and escalate as required

• Utilise helpdesk and ticketing solution to track and resolve queries

• Support stabilisation of the new requisitioning solution from the operations perspective

Other Activities:

• Gather local/ ad hoc reporting requirements

• Generate Ad-hoc report / Analysis

• Send reports / Analysis to relevant parties
