Post incoming documents for different entities and perform data entry via ERP tool. Apply knowledge of accounting processes and related systems to analyses discrepancies. Ability to communicate with different stakeholders (client, onshore team and suppliers). Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Intermediate Italian language – Well versed in oral and written communication.
  • Good knowledge in basic accounting.
  • Post incoming documents in accounting software and workflow tool.
  • Conduct data verification; audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections.
  • Meet established goals and targets set internally and by the Client.
  • Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in requested format; escalate to supervisor as appropriate.
  • Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates, adhering to client formatting and quality standards.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for complex processes.
  • Document all new learning(s) or change in processes in the standard format and seek relevant approvals on a periodic basis.

  • May serve as technical and functional resource or super users to other team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Italian communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Good accounting background – HSC with Accounting, ACCA Level 1 or Degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • Reliable and flexible.
  • Available to Normal Hours (08:30 am – 5:00 pm).
  • Attentive to details/figures.
  • Accurate in accounting processes.
  • Good Team Player.
  • Strong analytical skills and efficient planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel.
  • SAP Knowledge will be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • HSC/ Diploma/ Degree in a related field
