• Manage insurance claims activities to meet operational, financial and service requirements • Understanding of french insurance laws and application to claims handling required • Oversee processing of insurance claims based on coverage, appraisal and verifiable damage. • Recommend and implement best practices to ensure complete claims settlements and investigations as per client processes • Lead and engage team members in planning, organizing and controlling of claims activities • Define and drive the complaints handling approach to improve customer service • Lead complaints team to deliver excellent customer experience during and post complaints investigations • Drive strategic quality planning at an operational level • Drive projects on processes to improve SLA performance • Manage end-to-end finances under claims for Accenture and the client • Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive client value through operations maturity frameworks • Collect performance data, develop reports and analyze findings to identify process improvement areas • Motivate, counsel and constructively deal with staff to enhance engagement and contribute towards team goals • Understand and follow our Business Transformation framework for continuous improvement and efficiency

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills (French/English) • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office • Analytical skills is a must – Research, forecasting, data and metrics reporting, organization, troubleshooting, brainstorming • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to pressure situations • Ability to multi-task • Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
