Responsibilities:

Respect project SLAs and KPI
Application Monitoring
Data Investigations / Corrections
Apply Simple Configuration
Perform Functional Analysis and Identify /Apply a workaround if required

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both French and English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload
Have an understanding of the software development life cycle
Strong attention to detail
A flexible approach to working hours
The ability to work in a challenging environment

Qualification

Academic Qualifications Required:

Fresh graduates or with 1 / 2 Year of experience may apply
BSc Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Computing or any related IT Degree
BSc Accounting, Finance, Management and or any related Degree.
