Program & Project Management Officer

Analyst for Manufacturing & Quality transformation management activities for a world leader aircraft manufacturer. This includes among others, project management, data analysis, investigation, process analysis, report creation.

What responsibilities will you have?

You will work on existing transformation project in Manufacturing or Quality area. You will be part of a team and work on daily basis with French & Mauritius colleagues.

You might have to be part of discussions directly with our Aerospace & Defence client.

Your tasks might be various & can change from one week to the other depending on the project needs. Main activities can be described as following:

Investigation / information analysis on the current as-is processes, suggesting standardized solutions and methods.

Data analysis and dashboarding

Analysis and solutioning customer issues (Software accesses, ERP manufacturing/quality  issues, … )

Creation of workflows and mock-ups, that would help in developing the software

Designing & building tests to help with software integration into the client plants.

Intensive follow-up on the project’s progress, in terms of planification of all sprints, project’s log maintenance.

Communication and project management

The level of exposure resides in communicating with client, Accenture Leadership, Accenture consultants.

Depending on your skills you will be assigned to one of the following teams :

Project Management Officer (communications, project management, planning, change management etc...)

Technical (likely in the IT field close to software development, Agile way of working, testing, feature definition etc..)

Skills:

• French & English mandatory (written and verbal)

• Competent Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel PowerPoint, outlook).

• Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) would be a plus

• Knowledge in Quality, Engineering & Manufacturing would be a plus

• Good communication skills with customers

• Ready to work on CET Shift (10:30 - 19:00 / 11:30 -  20:00)
