Responsibilities:
- Act as primary link between the L2 Support and the CORE Team (SMEs who have deep knowledge of the JDE CORE Model) for the P2P Module.
- Offer technical and functional expertise to resolve issues beyond the scope of L2.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to lead and coordinate, across multiple regions and teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Provide regular updates and reports on global support performance and highlighting trends.
- Ability to write operating procedures, functional specifications, estimates, as well as integration and non-regression test plans.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement processes to address new features or requirements and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Information Systems, Computer Science or any related Degree Courses.
Skills & Experiences:
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Functional Support, mainly JDE.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to progress within a functional environment.
- Strong experience in a support environment.
