Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The work often includes applying generative artificial intelligence models and exploring various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance these intelligent systems is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions meet business and technical requirements effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously research and implement emerging AI technologies to improve system capabilities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex tasks.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI applications through rigorous testing and validation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Virtual Agents.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI-driven conversational systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud AI services and their integration into application pipelines.
- Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to work with image processing techniques and related AI methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Virtual Agents.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
