Job Description:
Skill: Microsoft Office365 Administration (candidate should have more experience into Technical side)
  • Technical intervention on client workstation (PC, tablet and mobile)
  • Worked on Exchange Server 2010 and Active Directory
  • Worked on setting up complete Office365 package (Exchange Mail, Skype for Business and OneDrive Enterprise), would definitely be an advantage in upgrading Office 2007/2010 to Office2013/2016.
  • Creation of user mailbox, shared mailbox and add license to account through Office365 Cloud Administration.
  • Should be customer facing with excellent analytical, technical and communication skills by phone or instant messaging.
  • Troubleshooting through logs.


·         Any related degree course


Work Experience: 

·         1-5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Office365 


Other Requirements:    

  • Thorough knowledge in creation of account on Office365 console or Exchange Server.
  • Should have been involved in troubleshooting N1/N2 level of applications of Office365 on Web part and on client workstation.
  • Would definitely an advantage in user has an exposure in troubleshooting Lync/Skype for Business, Outlook 2010/2013/2016, OneDrive Business.
  • Should have a decent exposure to Office365, Exchange Server and Active Directory.
  • Should have experience in deploying Office365 account or Administrating the Exchange part.
  • Should have knowledge in troubleshooting tools for Office365.
  • Have a significate knowledge in error messages of NDR (Non Delivery Report).
  • Must have ability to work and to face customer independently.
  • Must have Good communication, analytical, technical and logical thinking.
  • Ability to open ticket to Microsoft for escalation.
