Accenture Academy program has been mounted in collaboration with University of Mauritius to support the strategy of Accenture Technology to grow and develop its workforce in the NEW IT field. The Academy is now onboarding it’s forth batch whereby 150 students are already part of this initiative and more than 25 graduated.
The conversion MSc program is a master degree for students having a first degree in a discipline other than computing. The program is designed over 12 months’ applied learning and industrial internships in view of catering for the evolving needs of the ICT industry. Students will be exposed to the latest technologies and develop the technical, analytical and professional skills required to join a dynamic NEW IT workforce.
The program falls under the Employment Scheme (GTES) programme targeting graduates to enhance employability.
The program is run in Full-Time mode to cover taught core and optional streams, assessment, self-learning 6 months’ internship and project assignment resulting in 12-months intensive learning.
For this September, 2 master programs are being offered:
MSc Applied Software Technologies
Master of Business Enterprise Resource Planning
The objectives of the programme are as follows:
i. Provide a thorough knowledge and understanding of the latest software development tools and techniques
ii. Inculcate the required communication, analytical, critical and teamwork skills necessary to the ICT industry
iii. Expose students to the professional environment from the time they embark on this programme, for a better integration in the job market
iv. Effective communication skills with stakeholders

Entry Requirement
Minimum Second-Class Honors Undergraduate Degree from a recognized University, GPA not less than 2.50 or alternative qualifications acceptable to the University of Mauritius and Accenture.
Successfully clear the selection process by Accenture Mauritius for this programme.
