Tom Greiner is a senior managing director with Accenture Federal Services, responsible for exploring new market opportunities and leading an array of strategic initiatives.
Most recently, Tom served as the Technology Growth Platform Lead for 18 years, which grew to a multi-billion-dollar business and 8,000-person team. During this time, he oversaw the solution development and delivery of Accenture Federal Service’s technology-related programs across the federal system integration, technology consulting, application management and IT infrastructure space. He also oversaw coordination with Accenture’s North America and Industry groups to bring leading practices to clients.
Tom joined Accenture in 1988 and built his career on harnessing market shifts, and combining deep technology expertise and business savvy to capture new market opportunities. He also has extensive experience in directing large scale, public sector transformation programs.
Greiner is an active member and speaker at organizations such as the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), AFCEA, the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council and NIST/NSA’s Biometrics Consortium Conference. He graduated from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude. He lives in Arlington with his wife and daughter, and is an avid cyclist and windsurfer.
