Joseph leads a team devoted to helping state and local governments use analytics and business intelligence to provide insight driven, client-focused social and healthcare services. In doing so, he offers Accenture’s clients market-leading skills in strategic consulting and project delivery.
Prior to joining Accenture in 2016, Joseph led the IBM Health & Human Services practice working with a team of industry experts focused on government healthcare and social services, as well as advising delivery teams for Medicaid, SACWIS/Child Welfare and Human Service agencies across the United States. He also served as an IBM Global Social Services Lead, running a team of 15 industry consultants developing thought leadership and support opportunities around the world.
Joseph has established himself as a thought leader in his field publishing reports on the social industry model, the importance of smart cities, and most recently on the need for a new health and human services data mindset.
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University.
