Ranjit leads Accenture’s Global Operations Shared Services and Global Delivery Network Infrastructure Services. In this role, he drives the strategy, operations and delivery of large-scale technology infrastructure solutions at scale for clients. Ranjit is an industry thought leader and trusted business advisor on end-to-end strategy and implementation of critical technology infrastructure and business process services projects. He holds a patent in compliance control framework (2003-05) in the area of business continuity.
Ranjit plays a key role in driving Accenture’s innovation and automation agenda—helping transform clients’ business processes through smarter, leading edge solutions that not only improve outcome, but enable people to be more efficient.
Ranjit joined Accenture in 2003, and was responsible for setting up the Business Continuity Practice (BCP) in India, including strategy, creation and implementation of the BCP framework across engagements. He has led highly skilled and result-driven teams across different leadership roles at Accenture, such as the Avanade team in India, the Global Delivery Network for Technology India Operations, Global Delivery Network Asia-Pacific (APAC) Operations and Global Delivery Network APAC Infrastructure Outsourcing.
Prior to Accenture, Ranjit held executive roles at Tata Consultancy Services, COSL and Alltel. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, specializing in Industrial and Production Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, Bengaluru, India. Ranjit is passionate about wildlife and support animal welfare and wildlife conservation. He is also an ardent sports fan. He lives in Mumbai, India with his wife.
