Power Platform & SharePoint Architect
Are you passionate about designing enterprise‑grade Power Platform solutions and leading teams to deliver impactful workplace automation? As a Power Platform & SharePoint Architect in our Microsoft Modern Work team, you will own architecture, governance, and technical leadership across complex implementations—ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business value. You’ll shape platform strategy, establish guardrails (environments, DLP, security), and influence digital transformation roadmaps with senior stakeholders.
What’s new & exciting: We are growing our capability in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. You’ll help define patterns, governance, and integration for enterprise copilots—connecting Copilot experiences to Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Automate and grounding them in secure, compliant data. Skills, qualifications, certifications, experience (must‑have):
o 6+ years relevant IT experience, including 4+ years with Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven) and SharePoint or Dataverse
o Proven track record as a senior consultant/architect delivering enterprise Power Platform solutions
o Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, role‑based security)
o Strong governance experience: environment strategy, DLP policies, solution standards, security models
o Integration design with REST APIs and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps)
o Hands‑on ALM using Azure DevOps (Repos/Boards/Pipelines) and CI/CD for Power Platform
o Experience with system/data migration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
o Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership
Additional requirements (Will be considered as an advantage):
o Copilot & GenAI: experience designing Copilot Studio copilots (topics, actions/plugins), grounding in SharePoint/Dataverse, prompt design & evaluation, responsible AI & data access guardrails
o Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑600, PL‑400, PL‑200, AZ‑204, AZ‑400)
o Experience leading workplace automation workstreams
o Awareness of Power BI for end‑to‑end analytics scenarios
o Experience with cross-platform integrations
o Degree in Computer Science (or related) would be considered as advantage
o Written and speaking fluency of any other European language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish)
Top 3-5 responsibilities:
o Architecture & Governance: Design secure, scalable architectures; define environment strategy, DLP, and security models for Dataverse and cross‑tenant considerations
o Delivery & Leadership: Provide technical leadership, mentor the team, run design/code reviews, ensure quality and best practices
o Integration & Data: Lead integrations via APIs/Logic Apps; model data in Dataverse or SharePoint; guide migration strategy
o ALM & Quality: Implement ALM and CI/CD with Azure DevOps; enforce branching/versioning and release gates
o Client Interaction: Translate business needs into solutions, present designs, estimates, and contribute to PoCs/demos
Work Location: Lithuania (TRP and EU work permit required)
