Salesforce Business Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant to join a global EU project with one of Accenture's long-term clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions while following best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, optimize processes, and support the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, including system walkthroughs, presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), and internal training sessions.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and contribute to workload estimation.
- Develop clear and detailed documentation to support business processes, system enhancements, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the successful design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Support system setup and configuration in line with business needs.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring delivery of user-friendly, effective, and scalable solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities, features, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to change management and adoption activities to maximize solution value for end users.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role.
- At least two Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, App Builder, or Administrator).
- Minimum of 5 years’ overall experience in business solution analysis and development (including roles such as developer, project manager, or similar), working with Salesforce or other CRM/ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum team working principles.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage processes effectively.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience with UML and ticketing/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP solutions).
- Basic knowledge of Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with Salesforce in the Finance industry.
