Siebel CRM Developer
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Developer to join Accenture.

Required Qualifications (mandatory):
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Siebel CRM development (Ideally with IP17 or later).
- Strong understanding of Siebel Data Model and architecture.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodology (Scrum team working principles).
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication skills, as the role requires frequent alignment across teams.
Desired Qualifications (advantage):
- Oracle Siebel Certification (Developer or Consultant).
- Experience in Siebel CRM integration with external systems (using SOAP and/or REST APIs), EIM or Siebel EAI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI will be considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications according to business requirements using Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel eScript.
- Customize and configure Siebel objects, including Applets, Views, Screens, and Business Components.
- Participate in business requirements definition and clarification.
- Provide accurate workload estimates.
- Conduct system unit-testing to deliver error-free solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel CRM applications.
