Qualifications

Key responsibilities:

  • Platform upgrade planning and execution.
  • Incidents analysis and solution.
  • Supporting Scrum Teams with deployments.
  • Certificates and keys maintenance.
  • Production and Testing environments management & support.
  • Testing environments refresh and data management.
  • Backup and restore administration.
  • Integration and platform monitoring.
  • Proposing and implementing improvement ideas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration or implementation is required.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or developer certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce CLI clients (Ant Migration Tool, SFDX).
  • Experience with versioning (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) in context of Salesforce.
  • Experience in establishing CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce deliverables.
  • Understanding of Salesforce metadata structure.
  • Ability to analyze Salesforce metadata deployment issues.
  • Good understanding production support process.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java.
  • Knowledge on SOAP and REST APIs.
