Physical Security Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a physical security professional to join our Workplace security and safety team in the Nordic and Baltic region. The team is responsible for maintaining and improving physical security standards in 25+ Accenture offices, office safety and incident support. This is a great next step in your corporate security career, working in a regional team for a global company. Your main responsibilities will be in Latvia and Lithuania.
You will do:
- Evaluate office premises according to corporate security and safety standards and implementation of the standards.
- Manage special projects, including space build outs and security system upgrades.
- Perform routine tasks, e.g., office inspections, access reviews, review and update of operational procedures, administration of security systems, manage security guards.
- Support crisis preparation and, when needed, crisis response.
- Develop and maintain security manuals and plans as needed.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external security audits (e.g. ISO 27001 and TISAX).
- Collaborate with global and local internal teams and the Business functions to ensure security standards are followed and client requirements met.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Competencies:
- Physical security industry experience and/or studies.
- Written and oral communication skills (fluent English, other languages benefit)
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and structured approach to standards and documentation.
- Knowledge and experience of using physical security systems.
- Physical security and Information Security related certificates and trainings would be considered as an advantage.
